Before buying or trying Dream Recorder you agree with the following terms and conditions.

Health aspects

Dream Recorder can in no way be used for medical purposes. The sleep profile is only a guess, even if the analysis is based on scientific and medical observations. Avoid using Dream Recorder if you have sleep disorders. The editor of this application can in no way be responsible for any health aspects affecting the user. The user is solely responsible for the usage of Dream Recorder and its impacts on sleep quality and health aspects.

Technical aspects

Despite the long testing period of Dream Recorder, the application may still entail some defaults that will prevent it's execution on some computers. Before buying Dream Recorder, the user agrees to have tested the application on his computer, and to purchase the application in the full knowledge of its limitations. A free version for trial is available at http://www.dream-recorder.com.

Dream Recorder has been built and tested for Mac osX 10.4 and greater (Universal binaries). The editors gives no warranty for earlier system versions.

Dream Recorder has been developed for iSights cameras, as external devices, or integrated in the display. Integration with other cameras is not warranted. The quality of the night vision and the processing is not warranted for other cameras.

Dream Recorder requires Quicktime 7.0 or later.



Licences & registration

A trial version of Dream Recorder is available at http://www.dream-recorder.com. The user enters a valid E-mail address at first launch. The validation period starts from the first email sending.

When buying Dream Recorder, the user receives an email with a code when a payment receipt has been provided by PayPal to http://www.dream-recorder.com. If for any reasons, the user does not get a code from www.dream-recorder.com, he should send his PayPal receipt number to the editor, who will send him the code per E-mail.

The registration of Dream Recorder, in trial or paid version, needs an active internet connection to http://www.dream-recorder.com. During the registration process, the application sends the application code and the mac address of the main ethernet board of the computer. When registered, Dream Recorder no more accesses the internet.

Trial licences give a free access to all application features during 15 days.

A license allows the buyer to use the application on three computers at the same time. When the application is copied to another computer, Dream Recorder will ask again for the registration number.

If the user has changed the mother board or the ethernet card of his computer, the mac address will change, and make Dream Recorder ask for the registration number at new. The user can contact the editor in a simple email, and the older mac address will be erased from our registration database.

The proof of purchase of Dream Recorder is the receipt of PayPal.



Privacy

Email addresses and mac addresses are only intended for communication between the user and the seller. These informations will never be communicated to third parties for mailing or advertisement purposes. The editor will never use these emails for advertisement email to former customers, but only for support.

Spams

The emails sent by the http://www.dream-recorder.com can be considered as spams by mail filters. Mails are sent in text mode, and the return address is a valid address. The editors are not responsible for the filtering of emails by the mail application or internet providers of their customers. If the customer has not received an email after buying Dream Recorder, he may contact the editor from http://www.dream-recorder.com. Registration and download information will be communicated at new.

You agree and consent that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and proceedings of any kind relating to Dream Recorder or the matters in this agreement shall be exclusively in courts located in Grenoble, France.
